Is it free?
Yes, and right now everything is unlocked — mock tests, the repeat-to-perfection loop, timed drills, all of it. There is no card, no trial, and no countdown.
If paid plans arrive later, anyone who signed up during the free period keeps full access permanently. Your account page says whether that applies to you.
Is this the real SAT? Is it from the College Board?
No. DSAT Trainer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the College Board, and none of these questions are theirs. Every one is original material written for this app.
The domain mix, difficulty spread, section timing and adaptive routing follow the College Board's published framework, so the shape of the practice is right.
How accurate is the score it gives me?
Treat it as an estimate, not a prediction.
The scoring uses a difficulty-weighted curve modelled on the real test's published two-stage routing, including the routing floors and ceilings. But the College Board's actual scoring model is not public, and — more importantly — the difficulty labels on these questions are our own judgments rather than statistics from real test takers.
For calibration, take official Bluebook practice tests, especially in the last two weeks. Use this app for volume, drilling, and the training modes.
Why does it ask my year of birth?
To work out whether you are under 13. If you are, we ask for a parent or guardian's email and get their permission before storing any of your work.
Accounts are for ages 13 and over. Below that we will not create one — though the app still works on your own device, where nothing is sent to us at all.
I am a parent. What are you storing about my child?
Which questions they answered and whether each was right, how long they spent, and their email address for signing in. That is the lot.
Nothing is sold, nothing is shared, there is no advertising, and there is no tracking across other websites. Until you give permission, nothing at all is stored on our servers.
You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing dsattraineradmin@gmail.com, and we delete what is held. The full detail, table by table, is in the privacy policy.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one the app runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing. The trade-off is that your progress lives on that one device and disappears if you clear your browser data.
An account keeps your progress and carries it between devices.
How do I delete my account?
Email dsattraineradmin@gmail.com and say which address the account uses. We delete the account and everything stored against it.
Before you do, the account page has a Download a copy of my data button that exports everything as a file, straight from your browser.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It is built for it — a good deal of the use is on a phone at night.
For full mock tests a larger screen is easier, mostly because the real test is taken on a laptop and practising in the same shape is worth something.
Why does it ask me why I got something wrong?
Because it is the single most useful thing you can tell it, and it takes one tap.
Knowing that you missed six questions is nearly useless. Knowing that four of them were "ran out of time" and none were "didn't know it" tells you that more content revision would be wasted effort and that pacing drills would not be. The app cannot work that out by watching your answers alone.
After about eight logged misses, the dashboard starts naming the pattern.

Quite possibly. These are original questions and some will contain errors.

Can I use these questions elsewhere?
For your own study, including printing them, yes.
Republishing them, selling them, or scraping the bank into a competing product, no. See the terms of use.
