What to use it for

Deleting your account and data. Say which email address the account uses. We delete the account and everything stored against it. If you would like a copy first, the account page has a one-click export that does not involve us at all.

Withdrawing a guardian's permission. If you agreed to let us store a child's work and you have changed your mind, email us and we will delete it. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need the original link.

Anything else about a child's data. Parents and guardians can ask what is held about their child and have it corrected or removed.

A question that is wrong. These are original questions and some of them will have errors. Tell us which one — the question number is shown on screen — and what looks wrong. This is genuinely useful and we would rather hear it.

Something broken, or a security problem. Describe what happened and what you expected. For anything security-related, please write to us before disclosing it publicly, and we will not take issue with anyone who reports something in good faith.

Billing. Not applicable yet — the service is free and takes no payments. When that changes, subscriptions will be cancellable from the account page without having to email anyone.

How long we take

We aim to answer within 30 days, and faster for anything involving a child's data or an account someone wants closed.

This is a small operation, not a support department. Being specific gets you a faster and better answer than being polite, though both are welcome.
